        While Mark is a very nice person, he was not trained to install my Baxi DUE-TEC into a home that needed a replacement. He had to come over so often due to my suddenly waking up without heat, usually discovered with a freezing shower. I missed work many times due to this. It malfunctioned one horribly frigid weekend. I called all of his numbers and I never even got one phone call in return when work started on Monday. Finally, he passed on his problem to Carland Plumbing Heating. Timothy was wonderfully attentive and professional. More important he fixed the Baxi once in a completely different way and the boiler now works great and I have not had to call him back once.

        Finally, he passed on his problem to Carland Plumbing Heating. Timothy was wonderfully attentive and professional. More important he fixed the Baxi once in a completely different way and the boiler now works great and I have not had to call him back once.
