Can't say enough about Shelby and Rob! They always are responsive to messages and have an amazing eye for pictures. We have never been disappointed and they always are willing to go outside the box with ideas. We truly look forward to our Christmas photos every year because of them🧑‍🎄

UPDATE: After contacting the Better Business Bureau, the owner did get back to me and apologized for the hassle. It seems some of the delay/unresponsiveness was due to Covid and loss of staff and some was due to implementation of a new system. The owner has since sent us a corrected memory mate photo. We had sports photos taken in fall 2020 for both of our boys. One of the backgrounds wasn't right and I've been trying to contact Port City Photography for 9 months now. Only twice was I able to speak with an actual person, who promised to send out a corrected photo. This never happened. I have left dozens of messages and emails over the months and have received no response. This is totally unprofessional and inexcusable.

So happy with their work- my kid isn’t much for the “say cheese!” pics, they did a great job making him comfortable and getting a natural pose and smile. I had a couple of adjustments to my order and they were very responsive. Keep up the good work!

Great people, they are very professional and clear about what they do and what you can get in terms of packages and different photo options. They took pictures of my kids and were FANTASTIC - very high energy and friendly with them, getting them to relax and smile, great photos and good quality.
