I had them complete an exterior wax along side an interior detail on my 2018 Hyundai Elantra. The exterior detail was brilliant. I was really impressed they were able to get off the over spray from a previous body work job. As for the interior detail they missed spots. I found stuff underneath my seat which shows they didn't get all the unseen areas but they did a good job on the rest of the interior. Overall I was happy but I'd take my next car somewhere else for the interior cleaning. Exterior detailing they are spot on and would recommend. Services: Auto detailing, Interior scenting, Car waxing

I brought my car to Mad Mike's and was quoted $350. I had completely cleaned my car before bringing it in and was looking to sell my vehicle so I really wanted it detailed. i had wiped down all surfaces minus the windows, and vacuumed, I just wanted the extra touch. I wasn't able to get to his facility when he called me at 3:30 to let me know my vehicle was ready and so he had me pay over the phone and left the keys in it. He charged me 400. When I pick the car up both the front and back windshield was really streaky, there was spray on the leather seats that had never been wiped up, spots on the doors and when I looked at my receipt he charged me $400. When I called on the next business day to ask why they charged me $400 when I was quoted $350 he said they probably had to put more time into the vehicle. My vehicle was spotless, I brought it in clean. When I said I feel like that's something you should have told me before charging me, he said, we always tell everyone there's a chance it could be up to 150 more. And I said nobody told me that. And I don't see how my vehicle that I brought in clean , Was that much more work. He said I'm sorry you feel that way. Definitely overpriced the quality of the work was not great I would not go back.
