        On two occasions in the last three weeks, I submitted stool samples for my cat and my dog that had large, visible worms present to Sunset Animal Hospital, in Las Vegas, NV. They sent the samples to Idexx Labratories for analysis. The results came back negative. When I contacted Idexx to question the results they refused to discuss the issue with me, stating that I must contact my vet. They are not allowed to talk to customers directly. Very poor service!!!
