I went to register recently for my car.
I was not like before. previous staffs was very nice and helpful, but 2 people now named Sharon and Asley are the worst behaviors i ever seen in my life. These two are very rude, disrespected.
I wonder how they get a job at city Hall.
Please, replace with new ones to make Westbrook better and strong.

During my recent visit to Westbrook City Hall, I encountered both positive and negative experiences. Unfortunately, I had an unpleasant encounter with one of the staff members, Sharon. Throughout our interaction, Sharon's demeanor was sarcastic and rude, which left me feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. Additionally, there is a small sign indicating the line's starting point, but it is not very noticeable. Sharon's practice of shouting across the room to instruct people to move forward in a rude tone added to the discomfort.
As someone who understands the importance of patience and professionalism in public service, I was disappointed by Sharon's attitude. No one should feel like a burden for simply trying to follow necessary procedures. I sought her assistance with the vehicle registration process, and her response made me feel stupid for not understanding her question.
There was an issue with my insurance and I had to make corrections, so I stepped out. There was a gentleman who was approaching people and asking them if they needed any assistance, making sure everyone felt welcomed and supported. He even presented me with a gift to help alleviate the stress of the wait and also presented it to anyone he came across. This small act of kindness made a big difference and shows his dedication to customer service. After a little back and forth with my insurance, I had the pleasure of working with Ashley, who was very helpful and made the interaction a positive one. It was a quicker process because everything was in order by then. Her assistance was greatly appreciated, and she demonstrated the kind of professionalism and courtesy that should be the standard at Westbrook City Hall.
The exceptional service provided by these individuals should serve as a model for customer interactions at Westbrook City Hall. Public service employees should be willing to help people and to assist them, rather than being dismissive or rude.

Everyone was so nice and helpful. It really surprised me. I expected a more unpleasant experience for some reason. But those people were great. 10/10
