Carpet Specialist

I confirmed with this company a carpet job for a two story apartment and he not only never showed up, but he told me on multiple occasions to meet his employees at the building and never showed up. I waited 6+ months for the carpet/flooring that I paid a deposit on and never received it. I ended up switching to another company after many failed attempts to reconcile this partnership. Would not recommend this company to anyone.

My "tip" for others is search elsewhere for your flooring needs. I had no problem getting a quote from the Carpet Specialist but it did not go well after that. I was told it would be two weeks until my carpet was delivered. After 3 weeks I called and was told "by the end of the week." After another week i called again and got the classic "oh it just came in and you're on my list of people to call." Then, they "forgot" to come on the day we had scheduled. They came shortly thereafter and the only positive thing i have to say is that my carpet was installed quickly. So quickly, in fact, that the installer made zero effort to clean up after himself. He left debris in my driveway, garage, and on 2 separate floors of my house. This debris included industrial staples left at the bottom of the stairs for my family to step on. So, short story long, take your business elsewhere.
