If I could give less stars I would. I'd had a bad experience in the past, hoped that when the doctor I'd had previously was gone I'd get someone newer and potentially more understanding. As of this point I don't see myself getting care here ever again. At first I thought everything had gone well, she had ordered an ultrasound, and I'd gone home. A day or two later they called me to confirm my appointment, at which time I was telling them of symptoms, some of which were new, and asking about a procedure that was on the pamphlet that she had given me at the original appointment. I was told the doctor would end up calling me later that day, which she did. At which point she belittled me for not telling her, my doctor, about the procedure that I'd mentioned in the phone call earlier that day. Now the day of the test she'd ordered. I get there, and it was not a normal ultrasound, which I didn't find out until walking into the room. When I got the phone call with my results, a week after they had told me I'd get them, I told her how I was displeased and how I didn't think I wanted to go back, at which point I was told that my doctors supervisor would be calling me to discuss what had happened. Today I got a call, I was expecting it to be the supervisor, it in fact was not because apparently they don't have one anymore (why I was told I'd receive a phone call by someone who no longer works there, I've got no clue, but okay). It was in fact someone calling me to inform me that my doctor wouldn't be available on my next scheduled appointment, and asked if I wanted to be rescheduled with someone else. The woman on the phone wasn't particularly nice either when I'd stated I didn't know if I was comfortable going there anymore. I ended up hanging up, without getting a referral or making a new appointment.

During the COVID-19 crisis, as a current patient, instead of treating me for a minor issue they told me to visit the ER. I contacted an online doctor service (which was covered by my insurance) and within 15 minutes I had a phone conference with a doctor. She not only addressed my concerns but thanked me for not going to the ER to help slow the spread of COVID-19.
