I had items shipped here and they have been lost… the owner scanned the items in as if I had picked them up when I had not… I showed up twice to pick my things up simply to be told they are lost… the owner is less than responsive and just makes excuses about why you can not get them… I will be working with the Attorney General’s to ensure Ciao Bella Connection does not rip anyone else off!!!

Stopped in yesterday, they were clearly still in the process of setting up as they only had a small selection of product, but it seems like it has potential. The owner's aunt greeted me and she was so nice to talk with and even wore a mask when she noticed mine. To go the extra mile in that regard shows quality customer service.
It did take a while to cash out a sweater as the owner was trying to figure out how to input sales tax on a program but it wasn't a big deal. A business just starting out is bound to have a few kinks to iron out. One can't expect perfection right off the bat!
Overall, my experience here was pleasant and I can't wait to see what else they would have to offer for product once it comes in.
