On September 4, 2021, I encountered a man and a woman (presumably employees) in a Nor'east Flagpole branded black pickup truck in Auburn, MA at the junction of I-90 and I-395 at approximately 2:00 pm. As I was making the transition onto I-395, the woman driving the pickup truck came racing up alongside my motorcycle on the merge and forced her way into my lane, and I had to hit my brakes to avoid a collision with the truck. I know the woman driving the truck saw me because she was staring in her mirror at me while she rolled down her window, as if to yell at me for being in her way. I proceeded to watch this woman race through traffic along I-395, weaving in and out of cars along the way and forcing other motorists to avoid hitting her. At one point, I went past her because she got caught up behind slow vehicles. When she raced by me again, the man in the passenger seat gave me the middle finger as they went by. If this is how Nor'east Flagpole treats the general public, I wouldn't recommend that anyone do business with them. Their employees are rude, aggressive, and put other people's safety at risk on the road.
