        Cape Air (Bar Harbor Airport) is a phenomenal airline! The staff bent over backwards to help us get a flight out in the worst fog you could imagine. Michelle Presnell specifically was amazing! She printed boarding passes (when Expedia nor United Airlines was willing to help), made connecting fights, spent hours on the phone with United and Expedia, even got us a pizza while we waited for the fog to lift. I can not say enough about the service and personal attention we received from Michelle and Cape Air!
