What a great service. The technicians really care about the public, not just their regular customers. Gary tells me that whenever they receive service calls from the elderly about a heating or thermostat problem the first step taken is to ask whether or not the thermostat batteries are working - and that can save the elderly rural poor in Maine the cost of a service call. As for heating service and repair, this outfit is responsive, diligent and thorough. What fantastic people.

Not great customer service I wanted to pay a friends bill for Christmas. And only the office manager can process my payment for them not sure why, but the women won't call me back I've left voice-mail and messages with actually ppl in the office. Really not great at all thanks for helping make Christmas better for this family......... insert sarcasm

This company has top notch customer service. They have always been incredibly helpful and absolutely go the extra mile when we have needed them. I am not one to post reviews but it is the best way to show our gratitude. Highly recommend.
