        My system was installed over a year ago and is performing well. Brian was very good in designing the system and making field determined modifications that added to the production of KWH and had little impact ( other than materials) on the overall cost of the system. Brian's knowledge and that of his team was exceptional.

        Contract signed, money dispersed, and work started over a year ago for Solar install, panel upgrade, and heat pump installation. Solar panels are on the roof, and that's about it. Panel upgrade has not been completed fully. Per CMP- necessary documents required for an electrician to upgrade our service from 100 amp to 200 amp have not even been filed for our address, despite Brian alleging the work is complete. Heat pumps are not installed or functional although random parts are sitting in our yard and basement. Brian alleges a subcontractor 'took his money and ran' and he cannot find anyone else to do the work. Communication, when we do get any email reply, has been nothing but excuses and lies. This has been nothing short of a NIGHTMARE. At this time there is no plan to complete our project- Brian has been paid in full and is in breach of our contract. We simply want what we have paid for and agreed to and have lost faith this will happen. Hours of our time spent attempting to manage this project is time and money we will never recoup. Use a reputable company that has the ability to manage a project and avoid ALL Solar Energy at all cost.

      Your solar system has been installed over a year ago. The electrical panel has been upgraded. The problem is we subcontract the heat pump they’ve been paid in full and we can’t get a hold of them. That is the issue and we can’t find anybody that is available to do the final connections and hook up to the heat pumps
