So, tipaclly I don't write reviews, but however me and my spouse and I walk in for new phones. Walked into 3 workers with one helping a customer. One other looked at us and asked us what we wanted. I stated we were looking for new phones and told us about a promotional. We feel like it is a good deal, so we agree, and he comes out with two colors, we choose which one. Explains in 30 seconds how to activate online which I was willing to try.. He stated it just takes to long to activate there which we were fine with staying so it's done properly as i have had issues in the past with my watch. As we are leaving after only being there for 5 minutes tells us we have 30 days to return our old ones. I was impressed with how easy it was so we leave get halfway home and I get confused because I can't reply to messages on my old phone. Never did he tell me he started the process and switched to my new phone still in the box unopened. We decided to go to the store at att in windham with an incredible employee who was shocked about the service we had received she fixed and activated our phones, explaining everything. Then finds that one phone would not be expected for the promotional. She Apologizes several times. Because we were told the crack would be no problem Which wasn't her fault she told us the truth and gave us some solutions we have and also what they should of done.. if anyone wants good service and proper service, don't come here try windham they actually care for their customers... it's not okay to tell your customers false information which is false advertising. So disappointed as I have been a loyal customer I will not be going back there.. as I felt like I wanted to change my provider. Thankfully, jess from windham changed my mind...

Carter Brainerd from the Maine Mall store in Portland, Maine assisted us moving 11 lines from Verizon to AT&T. Carter's service was outstanding in every way. He was very patient and explained everything in great detail. Carter even summarized our visit in detail before we left the store in great detail. Carter provided best in class customer service. 10 out of 10 in customer service quality. Thank you, Carter for your professionalism and kindness.

The clerk opened two new lines with the same name of Seoul Kim and Seoul Choi for my friends which is the capital of South Korea even though he scanned two passports. And he did not apologize his mistakes at all when I came to discuss about his mistake and he disappeared when I am looking for himso sorry about Javier hereno staff seemed to care about my situation at the storethe manager was unkind and upset eventrying not to share his name when I asked his nameso sorry about AT&T customer service again

In all my years of going to this AT&T Store at the Maine Mall in South Portland, Maine, I have never experienced such outstanding service as I received from Xavier. Xavier is intelligent, knowledgeable, personable, and he went above and beyond to resolve our issue - and then gave us additional options that we were unaware of when we went to the store. He is an asset to your company!
