Extremely knowledgeable, top-notch professional! I thought I might have an infestation, so I called Big Blue Bug for a free inspection. I am so glad I called. Mike addressed all of my concerns. He helped me understand the nuances of the pest, thoroughly explained his company's treatment options, and told me what I should lookout for in the future. He didn't try to push me into an ongoing service or upsell me an expensive package. Turns out, the bugs were a harmless migrating species that only look like an invasive pest.
