        Had to reschedule a new wood stove installation with Embers this past winter - great customer service and knowledge of their product lines. When I was unexpectedly called away the day of the installation and some minor issues occurred, the owner was quick to remedy the solution financially and to my satisfaction. Despite the hiccups, extremely satisfied with this company. True customer service!
