My husband and I both are patients here. Both Dr. Munroe and Jeff Eaton are caring, professional, and willing to listen and take time to answer any questions that we may have. They show concern and provide the best care that we may need. I feel very comfortable and happy that we have had these professionals at Great Works as our doctors for several years.

Dr. Carney is without a doubt the best doctor I have seen, I moved around from doctor to doctor for a while because I felt that I hadn't found a doctor that cared. That changed immediately when I started seeing Dr. Carney.

I have been a patient here for many years. Not sure what is going on but I feel there has been a decline in attentiveness. We have had scripts written out improperly, sent to wrong pharmacies and lack of concern. I shouldn’t have to call for 3 days to get someone to see my aging parent who is in pain for 6 days- no concern on their part. The only highlight in this is having Jeff Eaton - finally, who was nothing but kind to my parent and hopefully has resolved this issue .
