Sebago Lake Marina, Inc.

t was Labor Day weekend and we had made reservations for a whole day pontoon boat rental. We arrived and were given a brief but through block of instruction and the do's and don't s when on the lake. Down to the boat, and a young man reviewed the rules, and gave as some suggestions as to where to go. Very helpful and courteous. We headed out and had a fantastic, relaxing, fun filled day on the lake. 'Time flies when your having fun" and before we knew it we had to head back in. This is where we ran into trouble. We didn't pay enough attention to landmarks on the way out so when it came time to return we were completely turned around! We knew we were in the area, but just could not find the Marina. We called the marina office and explained the situation to the owner, who gave us some helpful suggestions but, we were lost. The owner and his wife, came to our rescue and were extremely understanding considering it was closing time on a holiday weekend and they had to come out on the lake and find us. Understandably a little annoyed at us, the couple were gracious and we left with a bit of embarrassment and fortunate that we chose Sebago Lake Marina for our adventure. Our thanks to the owners.

They were amazing! Had a boat scheduled and it ended up being rainy. The owner was more than happy to let us switch our day, with no added fees. Boat was in great condition and had Bluetooth speakers. They also provided a detailed map of the lake for our use.

Stopped into a few different Marinas in the area and happened upon Sebago Marina . We were late to arrive to the area and the Marina had closed ..We happened to meet Karen on the dock in the middle of cleaning out one of the boats She happily gave us a golf cart ride up the hill ..opened the office and set us up with a boat .. The staff was awesome explained the rules .. Where to go and where not to go as well as the functions of the boat and supplied a marked map . The boat was clean and like brand new You can tell pride is taken to maintain… Price and deposit was the most reasonable We had found … Im usually not a poster but had such a great experience and wanted to share .. Karen thanks for you and your Teams great hospitality and going out of your way for us !! You guys truly know how to treat customers !!’ We ended up having an awesome day with great memories ..
