I cannot compliment this outstanding business enough. I ordered early in the morning but gave a wrong phone number, so called the driver during the day. He had extensive deliveries in Sebago, but when I told him it was really important to get my delivery down to Westbrook that day, he committed to delivering them at the end of a very long day. The flowers were for a dear friend who had just lost her mother. This extra service is way above and beyond expectations, but my gratitude is heartfelt. The arrangement itself was perfection. This is a company with a heart, and I hope to do business with them again.

Ordered flowers to be delivered today, even stated on my invoice Saturday May 22nd, but disappointedly they never arrived. They were supposed to help celebrate my daughter’s graduation. How utterly disappointing, not even a phone call or email that they wouldn’t be delivered today.**************************** UPDATED REVIEW-Nick, the owner reached out to me 5 times on Monday, he wanted to make it right. I didn’t receive his voicemails until later in the day when he was delivering the ‘upgraded flowers and chocolates’ that be added to my order. The shop hours hadn’t been updated on their website, hence the issue. All in all, I’m happy with the way things turned out, not sure how upgraded the flowers really are, but they arrived and surprised my daughter.
