        I'm just leaving this review to get someone to call me back. I've got a bad sensor and I need a replacement at Independent Restaurant Supply (I'm only a few businesses down the road from you guys). Please, once I get the sensor I'll take this review down.

        Do not get this service. Go with anyone else. Starting off, it's a THREE YEAR contract that you CANNOT CANCEL. If you do go with ADT ENSURE you get everything in writing. After contacting customer service to let them know we were moving they instructed us to leave all items. Now, 2 years later, when I'm going to cancel my service, they are telling me to return the equipment. Clearly I don't have it as I sold the house and moved to another town.

        System is less than 2 years old. Command center stopped working and they tell me they cant send tech out until December. Still being charged monthly monitoring despite that my system isnt t working.
