Unfortunately we had a negative experience due to poor communication from this company. My fiance and I were left super disappointed after attempting several times (through their website/email and phone) to contact A-Plus to get details regarding their services for our wedding. Most recently, we left a voicemail asking for a return call regardless if they were available or not (so we knew if we could cross them off our list). After contacting them a 4th time they finally answered the call and told us that they do not deliver to our venue (45 miles away). Rather than respond to our several inquiries spanning over 1.5 months, they ignored our messages, ultimately only to tell us that they were not able to help us with no explanation for not answering our other inquiries. We felt disrespected and disappointed with our experience and hope that they don't treat other potential customers this way in the future , as we understand the many stresses that come with planning a wedding.

A+ provided everything for our wedding and it went great. Everything arrived on time and the people delivering and taking away were friendly and easy.

We had a Labor Day weekend wedding at a site on Lake Sebago, and A-Plus Party Rental was terrific! Communication with A-Plus had started many months earlier, and they were always very quick to respond to any questions or changes in the order. We had very specific needs around drop-off and pick-up of the rental equipment, and they were completely accommodating. They came in advance to check that the space would accommodate the tent we needed. The tent with small lights around the perimeter was beautiful. The two delivery men were very professional and thorough. The equipment was in excellent condition. We rented the farm tables - very solid, attractive tables that don't need tablecloths, and many guests remarked on how beautiful the tables were. Our whole experience with A-Plus was excellent, and we would highly recommend them to anyone renting party equipment.

I sent multiple emails asking for a quote... never got anything back. Eventually my fiancé called and had about an 45 min convo with them and they stated they would email us the quote. We never got anything and have called multiple times and left voicemails thinking they might have gotten the email wrong. Still no response. Don't waste your time.
