    First room assigned had a pet odor and the air handling unit was noisy. The full view from the window was of an inclined roof. We were assigned a different room and the TV didn't work. Had to wait for 40 minutes for service.

    I highly recommend that everyone STAYS FAR AWAY FROM THIS DUMP!! Everything was dirty. It's like the housekeeping staff was on vacation. I was willing to look past that....but then I found a BLOODY TOWEL IN THE BATHROOM! Management wouldn't even give me an apology! I will never stay here again. I would rather sleep in my car on a cold winter night.

    It smells bad, the staff is friendly enough but they ignored my Do Not Disturb sign I put on my door while I was gone. They entered, dumped out my coffee (I still wanted it when I got back), they moved my bed (had it up against the wall so my 3 year old would fall out), they tossed my soap and they didn't even rinse the sink when they poured out my coffee. This would have been totally fine but I didn't want them in my room which is why I put the sign in the door Safety: We went during a power outage. They didn't sand/salt so my daughter and I almost fell. They hadn't shoveled ANYTHING. The plow truck came super late in the day (not sure they can control that) but they can control shoveling and sanding the pathways. Food & drinks: The food was AWFUL. I've been to MANY Continental breakfast hotels, this was by far the worst food I've had

    A good place to stay. rooms were Good ,they were clean ,A/C, and heat worked well..just a few ants here and there. Other than I would recommend it ..
