This company claims to accept Medicare for compression garments in line with the January 1, 2024 change in Medicare coverage. In fact, they dont. They would not fill the Rx I have for compression socks because they cost more than the allowance. I have secondary medical insurance which will pick up the difference, but this company refuses to accept the secondary insurance. It had taken weeks to unsuccessfully resolve the issue and has caused an unnecessary delay in my treatment. I do not recommend doing business with this company as they are misleading consumers and Medicare while negatively effecting health outcomes with delays.

The service was prompt and professional. My complaint is that after 18=19 days of use the compression hose have fallen apart. MedCOR offered no support in replacing the $90 garment.
