I recently had a great experience with Martins Point Health Care but have also been working with them for 10 years. Their portal is incredibly helpful, and I love how they match you with a primary care physician based on your interests. This personalized approach makes me feel understood as a whole person, enhancing the quality of care I receive. Highly recommend!

This practice has gone way downhill since they moved from South Portland to Scarborough. I've had so many problems here that never happened at the old location, such as lost test results, tests that were billed incorrectly, lost medical records, prescriptions sent to the wrong pharmacy (or not sent at all); waiting weeks for doctors to answer messages sent through the portal; waiting several months for referrals to specialists... and the list goes on. Most recently: 14 days ago I sent a refill request through the patient portal, and they still haven't sent it to the pharmacy. I called them today and they say "it's just waiting for the doctor to sign it, I'm not sure why she hasn't signed it yet." This is a med I've been on for 20 years, and it's not a controlled substance, so there is no valid reason for it to be delayed like this. I want to make it very clear that all these problems were happening long before the pandemic started. It's very disappointing. I'm now looking for a different healthcare provider.
