Excellent! This is your go to place for computer problems. The technical services are everything you need plus the customer service is exceptional. Tralon knew I had a project I needed to get back to asap so without me asking him to, he got my computer up and running extra fast, and when I couldnt pick it up when I needed to, he even dropped it off at my home! On a Sunday! You wont find customer service like that anywhere else!

I had an issue with my Kindle Fire at Sunday 9 pm I sent a message to Creative Tech Owl, not expecting to hear from them until Monday or Tuesday but got an immediate response and they were able to walk me through some fixes that finally resolved my problem. Super fast, very knowledgeable and helpful.
