Called AAA for a vehicle lockout for a jeep wrangler. Someone from Grondin was sent over. They arrived onsite, poorly attempted to open the car, failed, and left within 10 minutes. No help at all and the excuse was that the door seal was too tight. Was left locked out of my car and scrambling for options. Called another company and they had the car open within five minutes. Would not recommend Grondin. Service: Auto locksmith

Used twice because of AAA within a weekend. 1st day wouldn’t tow out of town due to snow, even though I pay for the 200 mile tow from AAA. Second day, after snow. Won’t tow car because of “ice” at end of drive way left immediately. Got issued them once again 5 minutes after… once I drove my tiny car over the ice they were afraid of using a truck over, 1 hour late call AAA again it’ll be another hour…. No show again, call again and told one more hour. Never got the tow I needed from them. Terrible business and drivers zero stars Services: Car towing, Local haulage, Battery, Battery service

My brand new truck broke down. Toyota care was useless (not sure why I'm paying for it at this point) and the roadside service for my insurance company was telling me I didn't have roadside coverage (I have for 7+years). I just needed to get my truck home. 9pm on a Friday. Called Grondins and the driver answered. She was very friendly and professional. Came right out to get the truck and had it at my house all in under an hour (I broke down about 10 mins from home) and for an exceptionally reasonable price! If you need a tow, I'd definitely recommend Grondins!
