I had them do a property line survey for me and they handled it very professionally. The print that they gave me was very clean and very clear, and they gave me a great write up explaining everything. They did a fanatic job, and I recommend them highly.

They showed up unannounced at a property I was house sitting for two weeks. Apparently they were hired by a neighbor who disputed property lines. They walked all over the property, measuring sheds, ramps, porches not near the boundary lines. Never knocked on doors or introduced themselves until asked for a business card. Very upsetting to an elderly lady a few houses over, as they were on her property as well. Her son arrived later in the day and wanted to know "what was going on today? My mother is very upset that there were men crawling all over her property. Rude, insensitive, and according to the building inspector, illegal.

I tried on three separate occasions to have them provide an estimate for surveying my property lines. Three times they committed to provide an estimate; however, they never did provide the estimate.
