As we do our best to satisfy everyone, unfortunately it is not always the case. Some reviews are not a true reflection of us, one is from past tenant who was evicted and upset, one is from a competitor who is upset about the bigger fish in town. And one I could not make happy even if we worked for free as the home they purchased has issues that we pointed out and they did not want the advice from us on the repairs. As the owner of MJS I will promise all work is done correctly, and at affordable prices. We are licensed and insured and always there for our customers and always ready to go above and beyond for you.

I gave the stars i gave because they did respond quick, but the service was awful. I had a bad freeze and lost a lot of water in a finished basement , I asked the two men that came out to replace the whole line because the line is week and old and had several fractures in it. They did not do what I asked They where only at my house maybe 15 min.... *******UPDATE****** Owner has reached out to me directly and apologize and said he will come out himself state supervisor that came out was put on a unpaid suspension. The owner has been helpful in other resources and did offer to come out himself to fix the situation. Service: Repair water fixtures

I never got a call back about a project. Edit: I got a response so that was good. Usually I don't so I change my stars to 4 now that I know I wasn't just blown over. Thank you.

They didnt fix the leaking roof and left the rotting wall and just patched up the open part. They did such a horrible job. He even knows the roof is leaking because he wouldnt let them put the fire detectors in the ceiling where they should be.

I would definitely use this company again. They were professional easy to work with and did a great job. After they started the job I added more work to the list and they were happy to take it on. After the job was completed and I paid them there was one thing that I wasn't happy with. I told them about it and it was fixed immediately. Services: Cleaning, Paint indoors, General repairs
