I was connected with Adleys after contacting AAA because I got my vehicle stuck in the snow while skiing in Northern Maine. Within minutes Jon contacted me and requested I send photos of my stuck vehicle so he could best prepare to recover it. Initially unable to get to my car because of the slippery driveway and two wheel drive truck, Jon contacted me to let me know they were sending a different truck with 4 wheel drive to winch me out. Jon returned about an hour later and carefully, but efficiently, winched my car out of a tight spot between trees with only inches to work amongst. He got my car out within minutes, made sure no damage occurred to it and made sure I got back to the main road. I was stuck on a huge hill sideways and petrified! John from Adleys was amazing! He was there to ) rescue) me within 8 minutes. I was petrified and he eased my mind and walked me through it all. I thank Goodness to have a company like this available when needed!
