North Country Wind Bells has AWESOME products and GREAT customer service! I had received a bell with a small amount of paint chipped off after receiving it from UPS. I wrote to North Country Wind Bells to ask if the bell would rust. Not only did I get a response that day, but I received the response from the owner! Connie was great working with, and sent me a replacement bell which arrived in perfect condition. I had no doubt the bell was perfect when it left their shop, as she explained the pain-staking work that is done on each bell. These bells are collector's items! I loved mine so much, I bought one for my daughter for her birthday. I am now on the site quite often, looking at what I want to purchase next. 🙂 Thank you, Connie, and your staff at North Country Wind Bells for being a great Maine company - one that cares about your customers and the quality of your products! I will be purchasing your bells for my family members this Christmas. I might have to buy a present for me as well!
