I signed up because I am more motivated to attend group classes but didn't want to do Cardio Kickboxing or Zumba.
What I found was a major increase in my work capacity and an inspiring community that I can't imagine leaving.
There's not enough room in this review for me to explain much this place has meant to me these last few years but I truly hope that everyone takes an opportunity to find out if it can mean the same to them.

Chris is by the best trainer I have ever come in contact with. He is very knowledgeable and will get you to where you want to be! After running 7 years of cross country, I joined CrossFit and have never been stronger in my life! The community fostered here is so special! Modifications are always available and Chris will meet you where you are at!

I have been more than delighted with my CJ experience. I was welcomed into the family at the gym from the very first day!
