      image This agency has been completely unreliable. Our family put up with untrained staff, unanswered questions, numerous no-shows for care, bad attitudes, gossiping, and more. The office staff are completely unprofessional and uncaring. They do not answer phone calls or respond to any needs of the patient. If you need help at home for someone you love, do not call Kno-wal-in. You will be very disappointed.
