ABC Taxi Airport Shuttle

Good service. Driver was given incorrect address by dispatch and called me to ask for correct one after waiting outside of someone else's home. He still got us to the airport on time.

We called to setup a cab the day before to take us to the airport and they never showed up or called to confirm like they said they would.

Made a reservation the night before for an early morning flight. Nobody came, we missed our flight. Long story short we are getting home over two days late.

Continually the best taxi service in the area, mainly for the fact that they have a high number of drivers. They're always available when I get out of work at midnight to get me home. They've been available far more often to get me to work around 3/3:30 than Ship City, who whenever I call always seem to never have a soul available for hours. Wait times have always been reasonable

I took my first ride with Michael about 2 weeks ago. What an amazing guy and so nice the cab was clean and clearly marked. That day was going poorly for me and he went out of his way to make sure my experience was pleasant. I have worked not only in customer service but also in the cab industry for 15 years he treats people they way they should be treated! I am going to use this service from now on! So thanks Michael for bringing such service to the people
