The receptionist was very distracted. She made my appointment and it was with the wrong doctor and was not even in the schedule when I arrived! She does patient intakes while checking patients out not focusing on either and I dont need to hear someones medical issues .
The Medical Assistant acted like it was a bother to escort me to a room. She had the energy of a slug ! No personality and acted like I was putting her out. The doc was fine but that office and staff need a complete overhaul!

Dr Pingitore is FANTASTIC! Highly recommend him. Many of our family members have used Dr Pingitore. He has great bedside manners, very knowledgable, kind, and compassionate about making our feet feel better!

I have been more than patient & understanding with this office despite the lack of communication. I am the one whom had to constantly chase down the staff. I have even dealt with rudeness at the Portland location from the front staff supervisor & no one called me back regarding my concern so I ended up transferring to the Yarmouth location & I was informed that the same person was rude to other patients & staff & has since been let go. However I have still been neglected with responsiveness, I recently kept calling & speaking to various staff & promises after promises for someone to call me & it never happens. I called again today Jan 23 2024 & spoke with Susan whom immediately without really understanding my frustration prematurely responded to me saying I need to understand their side which is not accurate based on everything that has happened, she refuses to listen appropriately & immediately gets frustrated with me despite the fact that I have been the one neglected here. I mentioned to her that the VA told me today that they never received a request from them even though their office said it was sent. Susan Tells me oh Brianna is not here today & is working from home, I will have to have her call you, so I said I was already told by several people per the doctor that I would be first priority already & that never happened & i am not trying to make this a phone tag, Ive been more than patient. Susan gets rude & raises her tone with me saying I need to be patient & treats me as if I am being difficult blowing this engagement way out of porportion, despite what I have told her about I have been delayed even before staff having COVID etc & all Ive been trying to do is try to plan my other surgeries around my feet. Only then did she offer to transfer me to Julia, then I get her & I told her I was not treated right by Susan, so she asked me what happened, just because I was still talking when Julia rudely interrupted me & said lets move on, I then over talked her saying I was still talking & I am feeling dismissed, she goes on to say, that if I keep yelling she is gonna hang up, I told her I was not yelling I was just talking above her because she interrupted me while I was still explaining something that she asked. Then she tells me that the VA denied your surgery because the provider is out of network & normally VA patients are sent here just for appts not surgery. Anyhow at the end of it all Im told because I threatened to Sue I cant be a patient there, I told her I did not say that, she says thats what Susan said. When all I said was Susan right when Susan was transferring me before I knew she was so she probably heard only the first part of her name which begins with Su & not her full name but either way I was not believed. My word over a staff member eve if they lied.. & despite the fact I told Julie earlier on that Im not that person to be rude, there is a lot of frustration with their lack of communication, their staff telling me wrong things, with telling me Im ok to transfer office & its covered when actually it is not. & Julia acted like she understood & said she doesnt have issues with me to now saying I was being combative & out of line.. when actually their office erred so she said for steering me wrong due to staff being new. This is so one sided, I am held to a higher standard than there staff but yet I am the one in pain as well as given the run around not the contrary. So its ok for staff to act however but not ok for me to be upset about it. Totally wrong, here it is I waisted my time with them & now have to start over. They dont care about the patient they only care about themselves, I do not recommend this practice at all they added more insult to my injuries. I hate the fact of dealing with New England. I need to report them.. Ive been very respectful with them since I have been with this practice, despite my mistreatment, I guess that doesnt count for anything but just because Im frustrated etc its taken out of content. I would never treat anyone like this.
