Active Health Performance Therapy

I was loving my brand new Ford Fusion, first new car I have ever bought. After about 5 weeks of ownership I was rear-ended and my car was totaled. At first I was quite upset about the car and ignored the fact that my back and shoulder were aching. Being a member at The Fitness Factory I had been aware of Active Health, but have never had a need for their expertise. Becky and Steve are very good at what they do and the entire staff are a pleasure to deal with. We designed exercises to tackle the tightness in my back and it seemed to heal fairly quickly. My shoulder was another issue. It was hard to describe or feel exactly where the pain was coming from. Everyone worked with me on different exercises, therapy sessions and even some new techniques to nail the issues. One thing that really impressed me was the fact that Becky and Steve thrive at learning and often go to seminars and conferences, bringing back ideas and sometimes new gadgets to help their patients. I highly recommend Active Health...you will feel better, let them help you get there.

Everyone here is very knowledgeable and do everything they can to make sure you have a speedy recovery. Becky and Steve's sense of humor also makes the whole process much more enjoyable. All in all, you're in good hands the whole time.
