Jim and his team, especially Meaghan, have been ridiculously helpful, cheerful and professional through our extended house buying experience. Jim would not hesitate to chat with or text with me, even on the weekends, with any questions or anxiety I had throughout our journey. Every step was done promptly and with ample communication so we were never left feeling confused about anything. Jim is absolutely incredible to work with! When other lenders told me I couldn't utilize the MaineHousing Program, Jim not only got me the loan and program I wanted but he gave me a good rate and package. By far the best thing about Jim and his team (specifically Meaghan Junkins) is they kept in good contact, they gave me MINIMUM weekly updates, usually ended up being couple times a week as there were updates. They answered all my questions, sometimes multiple times as if forgot I asked or I forgot their answer. He gave me all my options, kept things realistic, made sure I understood. He kept things stress free for sure. Jim had a fantastic personality and attitude and made it a pleasure to work with him! I would 100% recommend him.
