        A few days earlier the shipper of my load forgot to put in a temperature recorder in the trailer. The receiver would not accept the load without a temperature recorder present. Their compromise was to go and get the system data downloaded. Then if everything looked okay they would accept the load. Since I was in Portland, and I have a Carrier reefer, and they were only four miles away, I decided to come here. All the people I dealt with were very professional. They had me in and out in a very timely matter. The price wasn't that bad either. I think I only spent maybe an hour or so there. Then I was able to head back over to the receiver and get unloaded. They really did save the day for me. If I'm ever in this area again and need work on my reefer, I will definitely go back! Overall it was a very pleasant experience.
