I hired First Pier to migrate our website from SquareSpace to Shopify. I had been pretty nervous about making this move. Our eCommerce business has been growing and I was concerned about interrupting our momentum. The quality and professionalism of First Pier was top notch. I could not be more pleased. They know their stuff. Communications throughout was excellent. The project went smoothly and quickly. They took care of details that I hadnt even thought about. I am very pleased and I highly recommend them.

Working with First Pier was a joy! In the concept stage of our project they asked clear and guided questions which were helpful in identifying our needs, narrowing our scope of work, and establishing the stages of the process. Once we jumped into building out or eCommerce site, First Pier provided thorough intake forms which were self explanatory, and easy to use. Their team was quick and responsive to all of our questions, actively communicative, and clearly very skilled.
We had a short time-frame, a lot of stakeholders to accommodate, and a global pandemic to deal with. Through all of that, First Pier delivered an exceptional product and an enjoyable work-experience.
