Stay away!This is a low level collection agency that buys deliquent cases and rudely tries to collect.  Graham Bradley is a joke as well as his "Mrs. Wallace".

This office doesn't send you a payment history when you request them, it's like pulling teeth to get the information. Then, if you question their accounting which I did last year when I asked for the payment history (original invoice # etc.) they threaten you with legal escalation. Today, after being told just a few months ago I owed in the neighborhood of $700 still (which I thought seemed high considering how long I've been paying 1 single bill) I got mailed a reimbursement check by St. Mary's. So, I called "Carl Trynor" or now Graham Bradley's Office and was told I still owed money. I was so confused, so I called to find out the invoice number because I know I only used St Mary's once in my whole life. Sure enough, same invoice number Graham Bradley is collecting on but according to his office, I still owe money. Since Hospitals aren't in the habit of giving random people money, there's obviously an accounting issue. Make sure you get payment history before paying this office. The only other time I was given $ by a hospital was for INSURANCE overpayment (at a completely different hospital years apart) Don't just take this office at face value. If you collect debts for people and that's your specialty of law, you should probably be fastidious with your accounting.

Please be advised this is a horrible "law firm" -10/10 would not reccomend. Stay away!!!!! I use the word "law firm" loosly. In fact I wouldn't wish this "law firm" on my own worst enemy. this is a DEBT COLLECTION agency. Please be advised of that. Also the number to call is of zero help, the reception refused to take any sort of message, claiming that it was impossible to do so. First lie. Then I was forwarded on to the paralegal, which their paraleagals are the most unprofessional unprepared group of people I have EVER talked to. I was lied to numerous times while trying to make a payment. Including being lied to about a payment plan, becuase the paralageal I spoke with claims the "law firm" doesn't do payment plans. Its an OUTRIGHT lie. Also when they did not want to assit me with making a payment I told them that was illegal and I would contact the attorney general. which I did. Furthermore the Attornery General is well aware of this office and has had dealings with them in the past. Please do not give these people any of your money, or go to them for any sort of advice. Having to resort to calling the attonery general to pay a simple bill should not be the case. Run from these people.
