I would have preferred to send an email to the business to simply share my experience with the owner/staff, but couldn't find a contact form/address on their website.
The food was good, and the service friendly.
However, I felt that this was immensely overpriced. In particular, I do not think that it's fair to charge $34 for a dish and serve water in a single use cup, have paper napkins or table with that paint that kinda stick to everything that's laid on it.
Coming from a restaurant that takes pride in sourcing local and non-GMO ingredients, I found it quite surprising to not be a little more conscious of the waste and of the overall experience.
In the end the bill was a little under $200 (with tip) for a 2 persons dinner, so I would have expected the experience to be a lot fancier (real glass, fancy ambiance, more refined dishes, etc.).

Really good food and great service in a unique setting and atmosphere but severely overpriced. My friend's steak was the same price as my meatless pasta dish which is quite absurd.
