Never had a bad experience before until tonight when we tried to call for over 20 minutes and the phones just rang and rang and rang. We drove to the store and they were dead as a door nail. I asked why they didn't answer the phone and he said "oh I'm not sure" then I told him all it does it ring and then he tells me they shut off the phones because they were so busy. Came back to get our order and someone working there was having a loud and rude conversation with someone on the phone about orders that didn't come thru or something. Not a front counter kind of conversation to have on the phone while open. I won't be back. Terrible customer service

Excellent customer service as the owner sets up tables and chairs for a large group of 20 right at their opening hours at 11am. He also serves our meals in a timely manner.

best pizza in OT-Orono area. classic American & Italian entrees on menu w/ some Greek options. Relaxed family atmosphere for dine-in, & delivery always on-time & professional.
Theres a reason these guys have been around for over 30 years, cant go wrong w/ it
