        The owner has no care for his employees. He pays them cash to avoid taxes. They have many underage workers. And the "donations" only go into the owners pocket. If you want to donate to these places cash the bottles in and deliver the cash yourself. If not your only donating to buying the next bottle for an alcoholic.
