Nice people/staff when you can get them.... Normally super helpful but its chronically understaffed. You can call during business hours and the phone will literally ring for 30 seconds to a minute before going to a busy signal. No voicemail, no nothing.
I really want to like them but without the ability to talk to someone and not having enough people to even staff the phones? I've literally had to drive over there for a simple issue because no one would answer multiple calls throughout the day.
There is a reason I use Fedex when I can.

There is very helpful clerks at this poat office location sometimes that makes my visits there very pleasant. Always happy to assist in any way and they seem to try to go above and beyond to do so. Thanks for all you do for our neigborhood and country USPS.

I understand they are busy. My mailbox is in a building in driveway so if postage due mailman does not come to door. I recently got a last notice paper which was funny as I never got first notice!
