        I had ordered their service, back in September. When they showed up, in December (theyd left a voicemail that I failed to notice), much to my surprise, the service guy dusted a fan blade and told me that my heater was too old to service. He checked the outside exhaust, for any clogs and left within 15 minutes. Dead river felt the need to charge me for over an hour of labor and PARTS (presumably, the paint brush dusting tool???) for a total of $174.XX. I will be taking my propane business elsewhere, next winter. What a HORRIBLE way to treat your customers!

        Called this morning and asked if they could do a dilvery today bbn since it's cold and ran out of oil new to the area and the person on the phone was really nice made sure I can start my furnace in all and got a dilvery for today I've called other places and they wanted money upfront these guys are gonna let me on friday! New customer and find my place to be
