Went for our Anniversary dinner. I understand they are short staffed and we were very patient. However, what used to be great service and food has turned out to be very sad. Ordered chicken parm, which is a staple item and should be amazing at any Italian restaurant, but it was so thin and cooked so dry it was like cardboard. I ordered a house salad, it used to be my favorite. It used to be robust, fresh, and full of veggies, now it is meager and wilted. It was not worth 8.50. No one came to ask how our meals were or I would have sent it back. She then came and simply dropped off the bill and walked away, and never asked if we wanted dessert, which we DID.

We called on Thursday to make a reservation for Saturday night. The owner herself answered the phone and took the reservation. However, she "forgot" to enter it in the system. When we arrived on Saturday night, the restaurant was full and there was no table for us. Instead of being apologetic, the owner was downright nasty to us. I've seen her be nasty to other customers in the past but didn't think we would ever experience it ourselves. We'll never go there again.

My wife and I came here for the first time this year, and were pleasantly surprised. Reading through some of the reviews it may steer you away, but a little patience and a good bar tender this place is worth it! We were happily full and would go back again
