I've been doing business with OFCU for the better part of 20 years and have never ever had a problem. The staff is wonderful and the service is outstanding. I've had several loans over the years with them and have found the whole process extremely easy. They have always bent over backwards to make me happy. I am one very happy customer. Thanks OFCU

I have never applied for and settled a personal loan in the same business day. The user ease within the process is well developed and I appreciate it.

Very dissatisfied customer. I have joined this credit union around 2006 with my husband as a joint account. Since our account has been established, I have been having my check deposited every week and do all of my business with this bank. I called yesterday about a used car loan and they tell me I'm not a member and I would have to open an account. What the hell is this? I can't believe that all along my joint account that I have been depositing my money in has not been considered my account. How is this even possible? I thought by signing the contracts and being a joint account with my husband made me a customer. They also do not have weekend hours. They used to and then one day up and decided that it wasn't necessary. If your looking to change banks, I would choose a different bank all together.
