I have never left a session still feeling anxiety. Kryse does so much and she goes above and beyond; hypnosis, table work, somatic experiencing, and more. Although she's the only therapist I've been to, I can say that she is the absolute BEST that there is.

I have been divorced for seven years. That has left me a single mom...but then again I kind of always was...if you know what I mean. My marriage was not healthy and my children saw too much. They have had times that they were a wreck and as their mom, I had no clue what to do or how to handle things. That's where Kryse came into the picture. I have had a hard time dealing with things myself, and it's left me kind of lost sometimes and overwhelmed on how to help my kids to the point I was almost ready to give up on them at one point. Kryse was the best support system I could have asked for, let me correct that, IS. She listens to all of us seperately and together as a group. To be honest, I don't know if I would have made it this far as a single mom without her. She makes us all feel safe. She provides us with more than talking and advice, she also does amazing body work that my kids absolutely love. They are very tense all of the time but after body work they are all relaxed. It's actually made me tear up a few times seeing the release in their little muscles. On top of all that she's already done for them she has also provided us with access to Bach Flowers. Look them up, because she is a trained professional on how to get you just the right combination. You can literally see the change on my children's faces after they have had them. I swear by them and I've been at this a while now. I'm starting to get the hang of this parent thing, single parent thing, but only because I have had Kryse in our lives. I am far from where I need to be and my kids still have a ways to go but I feel confident that we are going to make it and that we're going to rock this functional family thing. I am eternally grateful to Kryse.
