I am pretty disappointed with what little care goes into there work. They poured a 30x60 floor for me that I am putting a steel building on and the floor looks great visually on top, but then I pulled the brand new forms I bought to have a nice finish on the outside to find air pockets all down the sides of my slab. Mind you this was a lay up of a job, my uncle a mason of more years than I have been alive and myself formed it up and put all the wire and rebar in, they just had to show up and pour the floor. I called them to tell them about the issue and he told me that no one told him that the finish was supposed to be good against the forms so they didn't bother putting in the little effort it takes to vibrate the air pockets out. I guess they need to be told how to do there job? I dont know but if this was my work I would put this effort in reguardless if it is getting seen or not just from a quality aspect and to be proud of the work I do. My other complaint is they didnt pay much attention to keeping the floor flat where my columns go, so far 1 of the 4 I have up needed 3/8" shim behind it to make it plum, I expect minor shimming because it is concrete but not 3/8". This area I had to shim is less than 11" from the form. How do you mess that up that bad I am not sure, but I got 7 more columns to put up so we will see how that goes. This company has potential to be really good from what I can see in the parts they did well, but they need to start caring about what they do, how it effects the next person and put forth the effort to doing it right if the work will be seen or not. I hope this review is helpful feedback for them.

This man is the best. I had 4 " poured in the floor and did not dig down due to water table height, so lost some head room in basement, but not missed. He also put in French perimeter drain, and we added sump. Secondly he returned and water proofed the walls-I imposed undue strain by not allowing him to pass through the windows with materials but he managed. And now after many storms the basement is dry and smells dry. The sump never runs, and the look is amazing. He also does work at pns, and I recommend him to all. Very impressive-thanks Mr. D.
