        Kevin was rated on my SC realtor's system as one of top 3 realtors in Dexter area.Well, he isnt even near the top 3! ! He was a go getter in the beginning, until he posted my home on MLS which didn't even show the 200 ft driveway or use any photos I sent. Then I was lucky if he even contacted me to keep me posted on activity. To top it off, he and his broker screwed up the offer. I hate that they made any money off our wonderful home that should have sold itself! And, as of recently, he didn't even pay his referral fee!
