        Last week I needed a bobbin case and within 3 days it was in my mailbox. This week I needed a spring replaced on my embroidery machine and it was fixed within 10 minutes after I brought the machine in. These people are #1 when it comes to customer service and support. Their prices are very reasonable and I would not go anywhere else.

        My Brother machine got tired of making masks so I brought it to Carolanns for repair. WOW these folks are awesome, it now runs like a dream and their prices are very reasonable! I strongly recommend them to anyone with a sewing machine!!!!
