We ordered flowers for my brother's funeral. Amber went above and beyond. She was so helpful on the phone as well as patient and kind. She was even gracious enough to send us a photo of the beautiful arrangement since she knew that I was not able to travel back for the funeral. I purchased a floral bouquet for my step mother prior to mothers day asked Millinocket Floral to deliver for Mother's day. What I didn't realize was that my Step Mother was out of town and would not return to her home for another 5 Days. Millinocket floral notified me that they were unable to deliver as she was still not home and told me that they would make the arrangement fresh once she had arrived home. They did just that and my stepmother was very pleased with the arrangement. I am blown away that this level of customer service still exists. Thank you Millinocket Floral!
